Salisbury, MD — Women Supporting Women proudly announces the annual Move for the Cure 3rd-party fundraiser collected over $10,000 in donations.
In November of 2025, Joyce Landsman, a local Zumba Instructor, held her annual Move for the Cure event at Fager’s Island in Ocean City, MD. The fundraiser featured many other guest instructors, turning the restaurant into a Zumba dance party for attendees. Additionally, the fundraiser had a 50/50 raffle for attendees to partake in, along with a free gift for the first 100 guests to arrive.
On Friday, January 30th, WSW Staff met at Pure Family Fitness in Salisbury, where they were presented a check worth $10,000.73. WSW extends its sincere gratitude and thanks to Fager’s Island, all who donated towards the fundraiser, all of the attendees and volunteers, and most of all, Joyce, for her support of the organization and her dedication in planning this exciting fundraiser year after year.
