Wor-Wic Community College graduated nine radiologic technology students in May and 100% of them passed the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam on their first attempt. The first-time pass rate national average is 89%.
The ARRT is a national licensure exam that is a requirement to practice as a radiologic technologist in the U.S. Wor-Wic currently has a five-year first-attempt pass rate of 100%.
This year’s students also outscored the national average on all six sections of the exam.
All nine students are also currently employed in the local area, at facilities such as the Mid-
Atlantic Surgical Group and Peninsula Imaging.
