
Salisbury, MD — Women Supporting Women has received over $60,000 in donations after the successful event of Preston Automotive Groups’ “Frog’s Fairway Golf Tournament”.
On October 2oth, Preston Automotive Group held it’s 5th Annual “Frog’s Fairway Golf Tournament” at Hog Neck Golf Course in Easton, Maryland. Preston Automotive group held this event during the month of October to support and fundraise for Breast Cancer Awareness; they were able to raise over $85,000 in donations.
The day of the event was similar to years prior, with WSW Staff handling check-in, selling bundle packages to attendees, as well as fun add-ons like the Helicopter Ball Drop, and handed out complimentary goodie bags. With that being said, the proceeds from the “Frog’s Fairway Golf Tournament” was donated to WSW, TidalHealth, and Making Strides, with WSW receiving a portion totaling $63,394.33.
WSW wants to deeply thank Preston Automotive Group for raising these funds for Survivors fighting and winning their battle with breast cancer across the Delmarva Peninsula. The organization also thanks all those who attended and participated in the golf tournament for supporting the cause. Women Supporting Women hopes to continue being a part of the event for years to come and greatly looks forward to next year’s tournament.
