Salisbury, MD — Wicomico County Recreation & Parks’ Youth Fishing Derby, a longtime community tradition, is happening on Saturday June 6 at the Salisbury City Park.
Children ages 15 and under can participate in this FREE event on June 6, and no registration is required. Check-in is at 8 a.m., fishing will be from 9-11 a.m. with awards and snacks for the youth participants to follow.
Boys and girls can compete for prizes in categories including, but not limited to: Most Fish Caught, Most Unusual Catch and Biggest Fish. Participants should bring their own bait and rod.
