SALISBURY, MD – The principals of Gillis Gilkerson (GGI) recently announced the firm’s completion of an interior renovation for Zips Dry Cleaners at 1305 South Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury, Maryland. The +/- 2,000 square foot, single story buildout included extensive mechanical work for the installation of the dry cleaning equipment. Project Manager Don Murray and Superintendent Charlie Morris completed the project in less than four months.
“We welcome Zips Dry Cleaners to the Salisbury area, said President Dwight Miller of Gillis Gilkerson. “Zips is a Maryland-based company with over 70 locations, this being their most recent opening. You can’t get any better than same day service when it comes to dry cleaning. We are happy we could help the franchise establish a presence in Salisbury.”
“Don was on point when it came to communication about project’s progress,” said owner Parin Patel. “The way he facilitated our weekly meetings and worked with the architect and engineers was very smooth. I will definitely use Gillis Gilkerson again for my next construction project.”
