The Eastern Shore Builders Chapter will meet on Friday, June 21, 2019 for a Breakfast Meeting at Assateague Diner, Corner of Sunset Avenue & Route 611, West Ocean City. The meeting is scheduled for 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Cost of breakfast is $10—to be paid at restaurant. Our guest speaker will be Austin Whitehead, Realtor with Whitehead Real Estate Executives and he will give us an update on how delayed septic approvals are impacting housing sales in Wicomico County. Austin has been instrumental in trying to resolve the issues with Wicomico County Health Department and MDE.
