Construction Kicks Off for “The Ross”, the Second Highest Building on Delmarva

On June 25th the City of Salisbury and Wicomico County celebrated the kickoff for construction of “The Ross”, a mixed use residential high rise building set to start construction this summer.

“The Ross” will be the second highest building on Delmarva at 165 feet above East Main Street in Downtown Salisbury.

Marking the launch of construction was Salisbury Mayor Jake Day, State Senator Addie Eckardt (D37), Brenden Frederick, AIA, Associate Principal with Becker Morgan Group, and developer Nick Simpson of The Ross and Simpson Building Enterprises.

When complete in 2020, The Ross will have fifty-nine apartment units, a rooftop open air event center, offices and a ground floor restaurant.
