The Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) Eastern Shore Chapter(ESC) of the Delmarva area, recently held their 18th Annual Co-Ed Miniature Golf Tournament at Old Pro Golf 68th St. Indoor UnderSea Course in Ocean City, MD. Local PGA pros and 85 members, spouses, and prospective members attended.
EWGA/ESC was formed in 1996 with 35 members and has grown to over 300 members. The Eastern Shore Chapter offers women the opportunity to learn the game of golf in a woman friendly environment with golf clinics ,organized golf events, golf leagues with all levels of play, championship golf, business networking, fun events, golf tournaments, mentoring, discounts at several golf courses local and nationwide and social gatherings throughout the year.
Prizes were awarded to Lowest Team Score and Lowest Female and Male Scores: Winners were: 1st Place: Lorri & Andy Urban and Carolyn & Paul Kelly.
2nd Place: Margo (Co-Chair) & Jack Katzman and Jan & Andy Fenton
3rd Place: Joanne & A C Shriver and Harold & Joyce Townsend
Low Male Score: Paul Kelly
Low Female Score: Lynn Krall & Nancy Dofflemyer with a tie
