Davis and Phillips Sell Local Convenience Store and Gas Station

Red Fox Market - Press Release - SOLD

SALISBURY, MARYLAND — Principal Chris Davis and Advisor Christian Phillips of NAI Coastal recently collaborated to sell Red Fox Market, an established convenience store and gas station fronting South Fruitland Boulevard (Route 13) in Fruitland, Maryland. After twenty-three years of continuous ownership, the sellers entrusted Phillips to help them capitalize on their long term investment.

“We really put our trust in Christian and the NAI Coastal team,” said Richard Cheng, former Red Fox owner and operator. “He was an asset to my wife and I as we navigated the transaction. He explained all of the intricacies in detail so that we both felt comfortable with the outcome. We would recommend Christian to anyone seeking investment advisory services.”

The business and real estate were purchased by Mahesh Patel, a local investor with roots in the convenience store industry. Having worked with Davis to acquire a number of similar properties in the past, Patel secured the property with intent to continue and improve upon business operations.

“It was my pleasure to represent Mahesh in his purchase of Red Fox Market,” said Davis. “He’s a sophisticated buyer with a great deal of industry knowledge. I’m grateful for the trust he has in my team to source investment properties and represent him in acquisitions.”
