43rd Annual Spring Trade Expo, being held March 5-6, 2017 in Ocean City, MD. The tradeshow is exclusively for the hospitality trade industry and is always a terrific event.

With 400 exhibit booths, this is far more than just a trade show, it is a complete learning experience. He’ll also share “Service Excellence for Lifetime Loyalty – How to Handle Today’s Demanding Customer.” This target audience is lodging and dining. In today’s review driven, word-of-mouth marketing travel world, learn how you can win over customers through 5 proven steps to give your business the service edge. We will examine the process of creating a winning service culture while learning how to turn dissatisfied customers into some of your most loyal advocates and in turn, helping your reviews. Bob is a regular featured speaker at Chicago’s National Restaurant Association show as well as the Las Vegas Nightclub and Bar Show.
