VERNON POWELL SHOES FAMILY AND FRIENDS RAISED $1000 FOR THE VERA BRADLEY FOUNDATION FOR BREAST CANCER
Vernon Powell Shoes recently welcomed Vera Bradley Brand Ambassador Joan Bradley Reedy, daughter of Vera Bradley to their store. VP Shoes presented Joan Bradley Reedy with a donation of $1000 for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer. Friends and family of VP Shoes donated $5 for each Vera Bradley Zip ID over several weeks. One hundred percent of the donation went to the Foundation. Started in 1998, the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer has received over $20 million in contributions. The Foundation is more than just funding breast cancer research. It has hastened discoveries that are saving and prolonging lives. On April 11, guests had the opportunity to hear anecdotes of Vera Bradley’s history, personal stories, and the remarkable women behind the company at this very special event.
