The Maryland Association of Health Underwriters, (MAHU) announced its 2014 “Health Underwriter People of the Year” recipients at an awards dinner held at the Baltimore Hilton.
Brad Sutliffe, Director of Employee Benefits for RPS ISG International received the Health Underwriter of the Year award for the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Brad was recognized by the association for his work with local and state businesses as well as his certification in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Brad, the current president of the Eastern Shore Association of Health Underwriters, was delighted to receive the award. “This year has been challenging for health insurance professionals across the state” said Sutliffe. “My colleagues have awarded me this honor and it means a great deal. I feel that the time I spent with education, advocacy and professional development has been a huge benefit to my family, clients, employer and personal growth.”
MAHU’s Health Underwriter Person of the Year’s award was created to “honor an individual who most consistently represents the industry with impeccable integrity and professionalism while setting a standard of excellence as a health underwriter.”
