Wor-Wic Community College is inviting the public to a free virtual poetry reading with Shara McCallum on Monday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m., via Zoom.
McCallum is the author of six books of poetry, most recently “No Ruined Stone.” She has received a National Endowment for the Arts Poetry Fellowship, among other awards for her work. McCallum is an Edwin Erle Sparks professor of English at Penn State University in University Park, and a faculty member in the master of fine arts in writing program at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore.
