Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF) is pleased to announce that Chad S. Warren, PE, Christopher M. Daube, PE, and Payton L. Bridge, AIA, NCARB have been appointed as associates of the firm. This promotion reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent from within its ranks.
DBF’s newly appointed associates have each demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise, and a deep understanding of the firm’s values and vision for the future. With their proven track record of excellence, they are poised to play integral roles in driving the firm’s continued success.
Joining the firm in 2014 as an intern, Chad Warren, a Senior Civil Engineer, has worked his way up the ranks at DBF’s Milford, Delaware office location to become one of the firm’s newest associates. Mr. Warren’s work includes various commercial and residential projects across the Delmarva Peninsula, providing services ranging from project management, stormwater management, grading plans, and construction administration to preliminary engineering, project permitting, and land planning.
Also out of DBF’s Milford office is Senior Structural Engineer Christopher Daube, who, in addition to becoming an associate, has been promoted to director of DBF’s structural engineering department. Most recently, he has served as the lead structural engineer for the expansion and renovation of Mardela Middle and High School in Wicomico County, as well as the Talbot County Free Library in St. Michaels. Mr. Daube is also involved in numerous military projects in the mid-Atlantic area. He is responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures throughout Delaware and Maryland to ensure their functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Payton Bridge, a Senior Architect in DBF’s office in Salisbury, Maryland, has also earned associate status, leading numerous high-profile projects. These projects include the Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Centerin Salisbury, the Atlantic Crown Hotel and the up-and-coming Rehoboth Beach
Patrol Building in Delaware. In addition, Mr. Bridge is currently working on major capital renovations to the Talbot County Public Safety Complex in Easton. Mr. Bridge has elevated the firm’s reputation and solidified himself as a leader and mentor within the firm.
In their new role as associates, these three employees will leverage their extensive experience and strategic insights to drive the firm’s success as they tackle new challenges and deliver unparalleled value to their clients.
