Salisbury, MD – John McClellan and The McClellan Team at SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate recently completed a lease on the pad site in front of Oakridge Commons and the Perdue Henson JA Center, on Tilghman Road and Route 50, to Starbucks Coffee. The McClellan Team collaborated with Dave Nicholson at Bennett Williams Commercial, who represented the tenant.
Bringing this location to life certainly did not come without its challenges. With initial conversations beginning back in the Spring of 2022, The McClellan Team was able to structure a long-term lease deal for the developer who built the building shell with Starbucks coming in to finish the interior. The coupling of new development with business growth was a huge win for all parties involved.
The developer said, “We are extremely appreciative of John and his diligent efforts in seeing this lease deal with Starbucks through. It was a long road, and John always kept all parties on task, paid close attention to necessary details along the way, and assisted with overcoming any obstacles that we encountered. John’s guidance and expertise helped us immensely in getting to a successful store opening.”
