Saturday, May 16th from 1-4, the Friends of Poplar Hill Mansion will host a free event to the public to honor all of our Veterans from World War II to the present. Join us for food, fun and friends as we thank you for your service to this country. Veteran’s organizations and non profits will be on hand to let people know how they can be involved and local elected officials have been invited. Refreshments will follow a brief program.
If you would like to bring snacks or personal care items for packages to be mailed to our veterans through Operation We Care, it will be greatly appreciated by fellow servicemen away from home. www.operationwecare.org For more information call 410 749 1776 or 410 749 5168 or email curator@poplarhillmansion.org.
