Salisbury, MD — The McClellan Team and Brent Miller, CCIM, CPM, with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate, recently closed an off-market deal that included 26 commercially-zoned acres on E Naylor Mill Road in Salisbury, MD, a prime north-side location directly behind the Centre at Salisbury Mall. The land was sold to St. John Properties, a Baltimore-based developer. The McClellan Team represented St. John Properties, and Brent Miller represented the seller.
With the McClellan Team’s assistance, St. John Properties quickly recognized the immense potential of this unlisted site. St. John has already broken ground on their flex development project at Westwood Commerce Park on the west side and recognized the growth and activity along Route 13/north corridor as well. After a great deal of studies and due diligence, St. John Properties acquired the land with plans to deliver a Class A flex project that will bring much-needed, modern space to the Eastern Shore.

This scale and quality of product simply does not exist in the Wicomico market or anywhere on Maryland’s Eastern Shore today.
