Family Medicine Residency Clinic Groundbreaking in Salisbury

TidalHealth logo

TidalHealth is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on its new Morris Street Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Salisbury.

The new clinic will expand access to primary care in one of the city’s most established, diverse, and historic neighborhoods while serving as the permanent home for TidalHealth’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) Family Medicine Residency program.

In addition to providing full-spectrum family care for patients of all ages, the clinic will also offer behavioral health services, nutrition services, and nutrition education classes, making it a hub for both healthcare and community wellness.

WHEN:
Monday, Sept. 22 at 10:00 a.m.

WHERE:
Morris Street, between West and East Roads

With a nationwide shortage of family medicine providers, the Morris Street clinic will serve a dual purpose: providing care for local families while also training new physicians in family medicine. By embedding residents in the community, TidalHealth hopes to encourage future doctors to remain in the region long after their residency, strengthening local access to care for generations.

Please RSVP your attendance to Roger Follebout at roger.follebout@tidalhealth.org or by calling 410-543-7142 by Friday, Sept. 19.
