The Salisbury Jaycees is among several local businesses and organizations joining Wicomico First Alert to collect grab-and-go snacks for fire, police and National Guard agencies participating in peacekeeping and safety efforts in Baltimore.
Items including bottled water, sports drinks and granola bars may be dropped off in the lobby of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Business Center, 144 E. Main St., through 5 p.m. Thursday, April 30. Donations will be taken to Baltimore early Friday morning.
Other drop-off points include:

• JT’s Grill, 923 Mt. Hermon Rd., 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Residence Inn by Marriott, Salisbury Centre Road (behind Arby’s)
• Expresstech Computers, 1407 S. Salisbury Blvd., 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Pam’s Hallmark, Centre at Salisbury, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
• 7-Eleven, Nanticoke Road
