“Building Momentum” Launches March 11 on Delmarva—Where Contractors Exchange Real Solutions, Not Just Business Cards
Salisbury, MD — In partnership with The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, Pohanka Commercial Pro+ Uptime Center announces the launch of Building Momentum, a monthly forum designed specifically for builders, contractors, and industry partners across the Delmarva Peninsula. The inaugural session takes place March 11, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Pohanka Commercial Lewis Steel Building in Salisbury.
Unlike traditional networking events, Building Momentum focuses on solving real operational challenges facing construction and trades businesses. Each 75-minute session brings together industry professionals to exchange proven solutions, share expert insights, and build partnerships that drive measurable business results.
“Construction professionals don’t need another networking event where they exchange business cards and make small talk,” said Shawna Kearsley, Business Development Partner at Pohanka Commercial Pro+ Uptime Center. “They need practical solutions they can implement Monday morning. Building Momentum delivers exactly that.”
The March 11 launch session, “Hidden Profit Killers in Construction Operations,” features three local contractors sharing real numbers on hidden costs and the strategies they used to eliminate them. Attendees will receive a Profit Leak Audit template designed for immediate implementation.
Building Momentum meets the second Wednesday of each month from 8:00–9:15 AM at the Pohanka Commercial Lewis Steel Building, 112 West Gordy Road, Salisbury, MD 21801.
Participation is limited to Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce members in good standing.
