Salisbury, MD — Maryland Capital Enterprises’ (MCE) Women’s Business Center (WBC) is pleased to announce its April 2026 lineup of no-cost business training webinars, designed to equip entrepreneurs and small business owners with practical tools, knowledge, and inspiration to succeed.

Open to everyone, these engaging online sessions cover essential topics ranging from marketing strategy and government contracting to business planning and the growing role of artificial intelligence in everyday business operations.

Wednesday, April 8 | Noon–1:00 p.m.
Presented by Betsy Long, Owner of B. Long Socials Learn how to make the most of your Facebook presence without wasting time or money. This session breaks down the difference between paid and organic strategies, when to boost posts, and how to build meaningful engagement that attracts customers.

SBA Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certification Webinar
Thursday, April 9 | Noon–1:00 p.m.
Hosted in partnership with the SBA Baltimore District Office Explore how women entrepreneurs can expand into government contracting through SBA certification. Attendees will gain insight into eligibility, benefits, and the application process.

First Steps of Starting Your Own Business
