Jennifer Spiegel Berman is a practicing attorney at Holder Law Group LLC. She handles a broad rage of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including tax-qualified retirement plans, execu-tive compensation arrangements, cafeteria plans and health and wel-fare benefits plans. Jennifer regularly counsels clients regarding ongoing employee benefit compliance issues and assists clients in developing and implementing compliance programs. Before coming tot he Holder Law Group, Jennifer practiced at Venable LLP as part of their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group Jennifer gradu-ated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
