The former Georgia Pacific Property near the Harrington Fairgrounds closed in 2013 and the company selected the SVN | Miller Advisors to represent their listing over some much larger multi-national brokerages.
Located at 17507 South Dupont Highway in by the parent company Georgia Pacific. It was purchased by Dover-based FMH Harrington, DE, the 196,000 square foot property was operated for many years as Colorbox, a printing facility for food grade packaging. The facility was shuttered in late 2013 as part of a plant consolidation Properties, LLC for $1,426,000. Larry Thompson of R&R Commercial Realty in Dover, DE represented the buyer. “When properties of this size finally begin to move, it’s a sign of growing confidence in the strength of the regional economy,” said John McClellan.
