The SACC community was delighted to celebrate yesterday with a ribbon cutting the 5th year anniversary for Athlete Academy.
Conveniently located on route 13 at the Crown Sports Center, Athlete Academy is the number one sports performance training facility on the Eastern Shore. Co-owners Cody Rebel and Ryan Maitland, along with their amazing staff, are all nationally certified strength and conditioning specialists with extensive backgrounds in sport performance at the youth, collegiate and professional levels.

Specializing in improving the physical and mental capabilities of our local youth and adults, co-owner Cody Revel shared “every member that comes through Athlete Academy’s doors will go through an extensive evaluation. From that evaluation, we will create a plan that will guarantee results and the way we know it will create results is because we are performance driven which means we will test you before and after you leave the facility to see what you accomplished. Every single day you work out, you will leave better and stronger than when you walked in”.
