Andrew P. Colletti joins the Dover, DE office as a Civil Designer. He graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. His project experience with Becker Morgan Group includes Bayhealth Medical Center Health Campus in Milford, DE; Harrington Library in Harrington, DE; Crop Production Services Facility in Milford, DE; Duck Creek Business Park in Smyrna, DE; and various Royal Farms locations. 
Alicia R. Carter joins the Dover, DE office as a Designer. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Delaware, and brings over 15 years of architectural design experience. Her project experience with Becker Morgan Group includes the First State Military Academy in Clayton, DE; Dixon Valve in Chestertown, MD; McIlvaine Early Childhood Center in Magnolia, DE; New Laurel Elementary School in Laurel, DE; and the Firefly Festival at Dover International Speedway.
