Peninsula Home Care at Nanticoke is pleased to announce the promotion of Beverly White to branch director of the Peninsula Home Care at Nanticoke branch in Seaford, Delaware.
“Beverly far exceeded our expectations in her role as community liaison,” said Nancy Bagwell, Area Director of Operations for Peninsula Home Care. “When the opportunity presented itself, we knew transitioning her into the branch director position would be a perfect fit with her leadership skills and qualifications. Beverly’s innovative thinking and vision for the Nanticoke branch will enhance the direction, growth and level of services provided to all of the patients we care for.”
As Branch Director of PHCN, Beverly will be accountable for organizing and managing all aspects of administrative and clinical activity in the branch. She is responsible for the growth of agency business and increasing the market share through innovative marketing programs and quality services. Beverly is also responsible for financial management to achieve all company stated goals a
nd for the integrity of service delivery to meet regulatory, company and professional standards. She will also manage the staff through recruitment and retention efforts and by providing an environment for individuals to be successful.

In October, 2015, Beverly joined the Peninsula Home Care at Nanticoke team as a community liaison. She was responsible for sales, marketing, branding and business growth in the Delaware region. She has a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration, and by December 2016 will have completed her Doctorate of Education/Organizational Leadership and Administration degree. She is also licensed as a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist.
She started a career in health care in 1991. Past work experience includes working as a recreational specialist with Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland and Sheppard Pratt Health Systems in Towson, Maryland. Beverly has experience in program design and facilitation, patient needs assessments and treatment planning, direct clinical care and diagnosis education.
