On November 19, 2015 Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake (BBBSGC) will be hosting Top Concerns Facing Youth sponsored by the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. This community forum will take place at the Greater Salisbury Building on the Second Floor in the conference room from 6:00- 8:30pm. The event will include refreshments, a youth panel, community leaders and a guest speaker. The forum portion of the evening will be facilitated by Tri-Community Mediation.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake is providing community members with the opportunity to hear from a guest speaker, voice their concerns, learn from the youth panel and leave with a better understanding of how to utilize community resource. Participation in this forum as a community member will convey a message of support and a dedication to finding solutions. A willingness to see challenges from the perspective of youth is the first step to bettering our community.
