AWB Engineers is pleased to announce that Layne S. Bynum, A.I.A., has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a Principal Architect for the firm. Mr. Bynum holds a degree in Architectural Engineering and has over 21 years of experience with AWB Engineers. During his time with the firm, Mr. Bynum has provided project management services and lead architectural design on numerous commercial, industrial, and municipal projects in multiple states. These projects include regional food service and grocer distribution centers, automotive dealerships, banquet centers, fire stations, retail establishments, and professional office buildings.
Mr. Bynum lives in Allen with his wife, Angela and their son, Logan. He enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering as a firefighter in Prince George’s County, MD.
