The Delmarva Education Foundation in February honored two members of its board of directors for long-term service to the organization. Vernon Rivers, board president, presented certificates of appreciation to William Wyatt of Salisbury, retiring board member, for his many years of service and to Michael Pennington of Berlin, outgoing board president, for his years of leadership.
