Donna Murray Honored as Rotarian of the Year

The Salisbury Sunrise Rotary Club recently named Donna Murray as Rotarian of the Year.

The Rotarian of the Year Award provides the Salisbury Sunrise Rotary Club with an opportunity to publicly recognize one of its members who best exemplifies Rotary’s motto of “Service above Self”, the ideals of the Rotary Four-Way Test, a true spirit of volunteerism, and community leadership through participation in Rotary committees, programs, and activities.

Murray joined the Sunrise Club in 2010 and has been pivotal in welcoming new club members while serving as the Membership Chair from 2014-2015. The honoree has been with the Peninsula Regional Medical Center since 2010 and currently serves as Physician Recruiter for Peninsula Regional Medical Group, responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and directing all activities for the recruitment and hiring of credentialed providers for Peninsula Regional Medical Group. She serves as a volunteer for Maryland Special Olympics and The Village of Hope – Great Clue Caper. She resides in Salisbury with her husband, John and has three stepchildren, Meghan, Morgan and Michael.
