Three Lower Counties Community Services (TLC) recently welcomed Eliza Claire M. Harper, as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Carleton College, Northfield MN and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Nurse-Midwifery from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN. She is practicing at our OB Office located on 560 Riverside Drive, and our GYN Office on 223 Phillip Morris Drive in Salisbury, MD. She is also practicing at our GYN/OB Office on 12145 Elm Street in Princess Anne, MD
