The property consisted of a single-story 13,824 SF free standing building, with a drive-thru, on a 1.50-acre lot and was purchased by OBC Salisbury, LLC as a net leased Rite Aid several years ago.
Vacated by Rite Aid in early September 2023, the property was listed for lease and for sale by Insley and Finnegan in November of 2023. After fielding a number of qualified tenant and buyer prospects, the Sellers chose a contract with a national retail chain represented by Christopher Zamias of CCN Real Estate out of Johnstown, PA.
