SALISBURY, MD—Family theatre leaps from Broadway to Salisbury University during the Imago Theatre production of Frogz! 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.
Combining masks, dance, slapstick and witty social commentary on the human condition, the show boasted two runs at Broadway’s acclaimed New Victory Theatre.
The show has received nationwide acclaim. Variety called it “Felliniesque mayhem.” The New York Times lauded it as “inspired fun … a mastery of mime, dance and acrobatics.” USA Today noted, “Imago’s international reputation is well deserved.”
The show is recommended for ages 3 and older. Sponsored by SU’s Cultural Affairs Office, admission is free and the public is invited.
