The Executive Team and the Board of Trustees at Peninsula Regional Medical Center on Thursday, October 2, thanked Christjon Huddleston, MD for his years of service to the Board and wished him continued success as he retires from the hospital’s governing body at the conclusion of his term this month. At the October Board meeting, he was also presented with a resolution honoring and congratulating him for his dedication.
Dr. Huddleston joined the Peninsula Regional Medical Center and Peninsula Regional Health System Boards in 2002 for an initial three year term. He was reelected to another three year term in 2005, and again in 2008 and 2011.
Dr. Huddleston has been an active member of the PRMC Medical Staff since September of 1988 and has served on a number of different quality and safety committees.
Although leaving the PRMC Board, Dr. Huddleston will continue his private internal medicine practice in Salisbury.
