In conjunction with Irish-American heritage month, Edmund O’Leary will give a presentation on Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m., in Room 302 of the Hazel Center at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury. The presentation will include photos of the natural landscape, national monuments and famous institutions, as well as a discussion of how Ireland has changed since he grew up in Kilkenny prior to moving to the U.S. in 1990. The discussion will include the dominant religion, political parties, economy and major industries in the country – then and now.
