Local community organizations are hosting the Wicomico Community Access to Resources
Expo (CARE) Monday, February 29, 10 am – 6 pm at the One-Stop Job Market, 31901 Tri-
County Way, Salisbury, MD 21804, for residents of Wicomico and surrounding counties. At the
free event residents can meet representatives from local organizations to learn about their
programs, including energy assistance, utility-bill assistance, energy-saving tips, early childhood
