Dryden and Bowne join the award-winning company whose 50-year track record of providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities continues to shine

Lower Shore Enterprises, Inc. today announced that Mr. Dale Dryden and Mrs. Jenna Bowne have been hired to fill the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator respectively.

Dryden comes to LSE with six years of experience in the non-profit sector, having previously retired as Finance Manager from the United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore. Prior to that, he held various positions spanning a forty year career including Controller, CFO and CEO in the warehousing, retail and manufacturing sectors.

“I appreciate the opportunity and confidence afforded to me by the Board and Staff here at LSE” said Dryden. “I hope to offer my talents and experience to further the mission of Lower Shore Enterprises, Inc.”

Bowne made the move to LSE after four years at Kuhn’s Jewelers. Prior to moving here in August of 2013, she operated a health and wellness company for over 8 years. Her desire for career growth, combined with a strong inclination to work for a local non-profit company made LSE a perfect fit.

“Having served in a volunteer capacity for two other local non-profits, I knew that sector would provide the most enjoyable and fulfilling work. In my short history at LSE, I feel right at home and look forward to increasing awareness and community involvement”, said Bowne.

Bill Turner, CEO of Lower Shore Enterprises is pleased with the addition of Bowne and Dryden. “Their extensive experience and connections in our community adds considerably to the capacity of LSE to accomplish our mission of employing and finding employment for individuals with disabilities in the most integrated community setting. LSE has a long history of finding the best and brightest staff, and we are excited for the impact that Dale and Jenna will have on our organization”.
