The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration is implementing the Tourist Area and Corridor Signing Program (TAC) in Wicomico County. The program installs signs along selected state and county roads to guide motorists to Maryland recreational facilities, historical attractions and cultural treasures.
To apply for the program, interested participants are asked to visit www.roads.maryland.gov/tac. The link provides the program description, eligibility criteria and the application form. There is no fee to apply for the signing program. Questions may be emailed to taccoordinator@mdot.maryland.gov. If interested, please submit the application by November 30, 2023.
