Nickle Electrical Companies has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The News Journal. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
“We’d like to thank all of the employees who responded to The News Journal survey,” said Steve Dignan, Nickle President/CEO. “This is a great honor and we couldn’t have done it without them.”
Some of the aspects measured were company culture, alignment, communication, and more. The honor was announced in the August 27 edition of The News Journal.
