The SACC and its members were delighted to join PJ’s Coffee on December 5 at their ribbon cutting celebrating the grand opening of their store in Salisbury, MD.
Guests were welcomed by owners Rob & Heather Beckey and William Beckey, and General Manager Sherman Lewis, as well as the PJ’s staff. With a casual and comfortable look, PJ’s is the perfect location to study, have an informal meeting, or just to sit and chill while having a great cold or hot coffee-based beverage.
Rob Beckey shared that “PJ’s began in New Orleans, offering small batch coffee roasts and different flavored coffees and espressos. We were excited about this opportunity as we knew that Salisbury was ready for a unique coffee experience. We are finding that many people will spend hours here because we have a lot of square footage and comfortable seating.”
Beckey added “PJ’s Coffee can accommodate meetings, book clubs, students that need a unique place to focus or enjoy gathering with friends. They come not only the refreshments but the welcoming environment that features New Orleans background jazz music, which I love. We are also excited to give back to the community by sponsoring local activities and events.”
