SALISBURY, MD—Salisbury University hosts Delmarva Strings Day 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, June 8, in Fulton Hall rooms 112 and 130.
“Smooth Shifting and Articulated Bowing” sessions focus on healthy motions for strings musicians at all levels. Demonstrations and group exercises are led by Drs. Sachiho Murasugi and Jeffrey Schoyen of SU’s Music, Theatre and Dance Department. Individual feedback will be given.
Admission is free and the public is invited. Morning refreshments will be served. Those planning to participate are asked to RSVP to Schoyen at jgschoyen@salisbury.edu.
