SALISBURY, MD—Salisbury University celebrates Fat Tuesday with a performance by Such Fools during University Dining Services’ Mardi Gras dinner 4:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 5.
The band is comprised of local musicians Todd Smith, Mickey Justice, Keagan Justice and Dick Morris. They play in the Commons from 5-7 p.m.
Part of SU’s International Dinner Series, the menu includes Cajun crab cakes, Cajun chicken, red beans and andouille sausage, loaded grits, Creole green beans, maque choux corn, beignets and king cake. Dinner is available from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
