The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present A Chamber Luncheon with Governor Wes Moore, on Tuesday, August 29th at 11:30 AM, at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center, in the Midway Room.
The event was previously scheduled as the December 15, 2022, General Membership Luncheon at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Wes Moore is the 63rd Governor of the state of Maryland. He is Maryland’s first Black Governor in the state’s 246-year history and is just the third African American elected Governor in the history of the United States.
Governor Moore is a combat veteran, bestselling author, small business owner, Rhodes Scholar and former CEO of one of the nation’s largest anti-poverty organizations. He has as devoted his life’s work to a basic principle: no matter your start in life, you deserve an equal opportunity to succeed – a job you can raise a family on, a future you can look forward to.
The luncheon is sponsored by Chesapeake Utilities, Delmarva Power, Mountaire Chicken, Ørsted, and Perdue.

If you previously registered to attend the December 15, 2022 General Membership Luncheon with then Governor-Elect Moore, and did not receive a refund, NEW TICKETS will be SENT TO YOU BY EMAIL ON MONDAY, AUGUST 21, 2023. New tickets MUST BE PRESENTED to attend this event.
I received a refund for the December 15, 2002, event but I wish to attend the August 29th event.
If you RECEIVED A REFUND for the December 15, 2022, General Membership Luncheon, you MUST REGISTER AGAIN using the link below, to attend this event.
