Three Lower Counties Community Services (TLC) recently welcomed Traci A. Church, as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from University of Delaware in Newark, DE and Post Master’s FNP from University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. She is a native of Hebron in Wicomico County, MD. She is practicing at our Adult Medicine office on 1665 Woodbrooke Drive Salisbury, MD. She lives with her husband, Clyde, and her four children.
