Run (or walk) with your heart and join us for the Trinity Foundation’s 6th annual Heart & Sole 5K to support locals with heart disease and Nanticoke Health Services.
Registration is $20 through March 18th and $25 after – kids race FREE. Registration begins at 9:00 at Trinity Logistics in Seaford, DE on Saturday, March 26th.
