Wor-Wic Community College and Wicomico Public Libraries Partner to Offer Amelia Earhart- Dreams Take Flight, A Living History Presentation

Wor-Wic Community College and Wicomico Public Libraries are partnering to offer a special presentation – Amelia Earhart: Dreams Take Flight, a Living History Presentation featuring award winning actress Mary Ann Jung.  The program will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, at 7pm, in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College. During the performance Ms. Jung will portray Amelia Earhart, who was a famous woman aviator and also a photographer, truck driver, avid student and teacher, volunteer nurse, social worker and clothing designer.  This program is part of the One Maryland One Book series and is free and open to the public.

Wicomico Public Libraries are located in Downtown Salisbury, the Centre at Salisbury, in Pittsville, and the Library Bookmobile.
