Salisbury, MD – TidalHealth, along with the Somerset County and Wicomico County Health Departments, is calling on community members to share their thoughts and priorities in a brief survey as part of the Community Health Needs Assessment process.
This is your chance to tell local medical leaders what matters most to you when it comes to your health. The purpose is to understand the health issues facing you, your family, and your neighbors. Your input will help shape strategies to improve health and well-being across Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties in Maryland and Sussex County in Delaware.
