flyer for the first quarter auction

We are currently planning our 1st Annual Quarter Auction to purchase mobile notebooks that will help our direct care staff provide the most up to date support to our clients daily.  With your help we can continue to provide the level of support our clients deserve.

Tickets are $10.00 each and each ticket includes 1 paddle.  Additional paddles can be purchased for $5.00 each.  If you are unable to attend and would like to participate, you can purchase an All In Paddle for $50.

Doors open at 5:30 pm and the fun begins at 6 p.m.! Bring your quarters, but we’ll also have extra rolls of quarters available for purchase. There will be a 50/50 raffle, a table of raffle items, and lots of great vendors.  Lite refreshments and beverages will be available for purchase, and we’ll have limited WCDC merchandise for sale.

Tickets can be purchased at WCDC or on Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/wcdc-quarter-auction-tickets-980189612517?aff=oddtdtcreator.

We are requesting donations from local businesses to help us with this fundraising event.  In return, we will advertise that your business donated towards our event.  We are hoping to have over 100 people in attendance.  Any contributions will be extremely appreciated.  Please help us make this event a success!

Donations should be sent to WCDC and mailed to P.O. Box 70 Newark, MD 21841.  If donation items cannot be mailed, please call and we will be happy to pick up the donated item.  If you have any questions, please contact Jen Smullen 443-497-3875.
