Salisbury, MD — TidalHealth Peninsula Regional honors the following four team members as 3rd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter:
Administrative & Support Services: Zachary Tull, Protection Services at TidalHealth McCready Pavilion
Zachary “Zack” Tull, Security Guard at TidalHealth McCready Pavilion, is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 3rd Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Administrative & Support Services.
Tull always goes above and beyond for patients, visitors and staff and makes everyone feel safe. If he sees a patient in the parking lot or on the ramp who looks like they need help, he immediately grabs a wheelchair to assist them. He deserves this recognition for the care, compassion and attention that he consistently provides patients, visitors and staff.
Professional Services: Ciana Carbone, Nuclear Medicine
Ciana Carbone, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, is TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 3rd Quarter 2024 Team Member of the Quarter for Professional Services.
Carbone is a driving force for the Nuclear Medicine department. When many other nuclear technologists had quit or retired, she remained despite the long hours, being a new graduate, and little to no support. She is the reason the entire department didn’t shut down and is more than deserving of this recognition.
Nursing Services: Rosalie Harmon, 5 West
Rosalie “Rosie” Harmon, 5 West Unit Secretary, is one of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 3rd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Harmon is compassionate, patient and kind. She always goes above and beyond for the patients on 5 West and is an excellent team player. In one example, she sat and talked with a patient who did not want to walk around, which was an important part of her treatment plan. The patient became less frustrated and decided she did want to walk around, which Harmon helped with. Afterward, Harmon bathed the patient to make her feel comfortable.
Nursing Services: Anandkumar Kaila, Surgical Services
Anandkumar “Anand” Kaila, Surgical Technologist with Surgical Services, is one of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional’s 3rd Quarter 2024 Team Members of the Quarter for Nursing Services.
Kaila is compassionate, hard-working, honest, conscientious, diligent and energetic. He is always willing to learn something new, courageously offers to help anyone in need and never complains. He started his TidalHealth career as a scrub tech in the Operating Room years ago. He never declines learning opportunities in other service lines and consistently offers a kind hand and thoughtful words to anyone who crosses his path.
