New Primary Care Practitioners and Specialists Join TidalHealth

Salisbury,  MD — TidalHealth is pleased to welcome four new practitioners to the health system.

Kimberly Young-Conner, ARNP
Kimberly Young-Conner, ARNP provides pediatric care at TidalHealth Pediatrics in Berlin, Maryland. Young-Conner received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she also earned her Master of Science in nursing.

Sarah Katelyn DiBuo, FNP
Sarah Katelyn DiBuo, FNP, MSN provides care at TidalHealth OB/GYN in Salisbury and Berlin, Maryland. After earning a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Salisbury University and dedicating more than a decade to patient care, DiBuo pursued a master’s degree from Wilmington University to become a nurse practitioner. Kara Back,
Kara Back, FNP-C, provides compassionate cardiovascular care at TidalHealth Cardiology in Millsboro, Delaware and Berlin, Maryland. Back earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Salisbury University and her Master of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois. A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Back is certified in both basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. With years of clinical experience, particularly in urgent care settings, Back is known for her dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She has been recognized for her commitment to her patients, support of her colleagues, and passion for mentoring and teaching others. Sarah Fisher, PA-C
Sarah Fisher, PA-C provides care at TidalHealth Rheumatology in Salisbury, Maryland. Fisher earned her degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and has dedicated almost 20 years to caring for the Salisbury community. Fisher conducts musculoskeletal ultrasounds for diagnostic evaluation and injection guidance and has extensive knowledge of rheumatological diseases and their treatments.
